I had the opportunity and the honor of traveling with a group of Freemasons to Dyangdang, Bansud, Mindoro Oriental early in December 2011. We were there as witnesses to Kara David’s Project Malasakit and her efforts to literally bring light to this small community up in the mountains of Mindoro.

Sunset at Baybay Pier
I was in Baybay, Leyte for six days but I only had the opportunity to catch the sunset three times. This is the second time, when we took the students for a photowalk at the Baybay Public Market, which faces the Pier.

South Dock, Corregidor
Cris and I went to Corregidor again this year, to join friends in commemorating the 43rd Anniversary of the infamous Jabidah Massacre. This was shot on the beach by the picnic area off South Dock.
Eastridge Sunset
I had the opportunity to shoot at the Eastridge Golf Club today, where Project Corinth pushed on with a golf tournament, bingo socials, some light entertainment and very good food.
Busy Bee
This bee is on a bunch of everlasting flowers (Bracteantha bracteata) strung up and ready to be sold. The flowers must still be fresh for the bee to even bother Took this picture in La Trinidad, Benguet, at the souvenir shops near the strawberry farm.
Biñan at Night
We were guests of the Biñan City Government for a night when the KREW and I took the PNR night train to this very hospitable city.
The Hotel Stotsenberg
Cris and I shot the Hotel Stotsenberg in Clark, Pampanga for a client. We spent most of the day there taking pictures of the grounds and of the Casablanca casino. Too bad we didn’t get to spend the night there.
In Memoriam
At the American War Memorial, Taguig. The sky was overcast that day, and I was having a difficult time making some of the colors come out. Then I converted the photo to black and white. Yes.
